Miller Newton's experience in growing technology companies combined with his leadership style, management expertise, and marketing savvy make him the ideal person to lead PKWARE. Prior to PKWARE, Newton was Chief Executive Officer of Netkey from 2003-2009, a leading provider of applications and management software for self-service kiosks and digital signage; Netkey was acquired by NCR (NYSE: NCR). Prior to Netkey, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Boston-based Lavastorm Technologies (now Martin Dawes Analytics) from 1999-2003, an international data analytic software company focused on improving business performance. Before Lavastorm, Newton was named Chief Executive Officer for Monster, the renowned global employment solution from 1997 - 1999. He is credited with growing the company from $400,000 to $45 million in revenue and from 50 to 230 employees. Prior to Monster, Newton was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for TMP Worldwide, a global marketing communications company and parent company of Monster (now Monster Worldwide – NYSE MWW) from 1986 – 1999. Newton was instrumental in taking TMP Worldwide public in 1996. Newton attended the University of South Florida where he majored in Marketing and Management.

Stephen Barnhart brings to PKWARE 10+ years of Corporate Development experience working with Fortune 500 companies. He has a strong track record of executing technology-oriented strategic partnerships, equity investments, and acquisitions, covering a variety of industries on a global basis. Prior to joining PKWARE, Stephen was most recently Director of Corporate Development at the NCR Corporation, where he held a number of different roles over a 16 year period. Stephen holds a B.S. degree in Communication from Bowling Green State University and a MBA in Finance from Wright State University.

Jeff Cherrington was Vice President at Bank One, focusing on data security aspects, strategic outsourcing relationships, and multi-million dollar contract negotiation for the bank’s highly profitable credit card division. In previous positions, he was the Director of Product Management & Consulting Services for WorkPoint, Inc., a leader in the market for enterprise workflow software, and worked with top US and international financial institutions in a variety of positions while at First Data Corporation. Mr. Cherrington has an Executive MBA degree from the University of Nebraska.

Jim Dougherty has over 20 years of senior management experience in Channel Development, Sales, and Operations at leading IT companies. Prior to joining PKWARE, Dougherty was Vice President of Channel Development at Netkey, a leading provider of management software for self service kiosks and digital signage. Dougherty was also President of Reversa, Inc., a subsidiary of a UK-based digital display service provider and was responsible for building their brand and revenues in North and South America. He started his career at Dai Nippon, a Fortune 500 company and was at the forefront of marketing technology solutions that spearheaded the flat panel display revolution. Dougherty received his BA degree in International Relations from the University of Connecticut.

Steve Drolshagen has over 30 years of experience in banking, business services and consulting. He has held senior business development and management positions with Bank of America, Fiserv, Citigroup, Cap Gemini and BearingPoint, including 7 years in Europe and Asia. Mr. Drolshagen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Timothy Kohler was formerly with KPMG, both in U.S. and International offices, where he worked in Assurance Services. His responsibilities included corporate audits, consulting services, and working as a national instructor for the firm. Mr. Kohler graduated from Marquette University with a BS in Business Administration.

Tammy McCormack has 17 years of leadership experience with various companies in the human resources field including Target Stores, ProStaff, Michael Best & Friedrich LLP and Fidelity National Information Services. Ms. McCormack has an MA from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.

Todd McLees has over 15 years of experience with various organizations in global enterprise software and information technology services. He joined PKWARE in 2002 and has held a variety of management positions including Vice President of Product Management and Vice President of Marketing. Mr. McLees has an MBA from Hamilton.

Jim Peterson has been developing commercial software products for over 20 years. Since joining PKWARE in 1994, he has held various leadership roles in product development. He continues to drive the evolution of .ZIP technology, focusing on ensuring the ZIP format remains a secure and interoperable standard. Prior to joining PKWARE, Mr. Peterson held engineering roles at several companies where he was responsible for designing and developing healthcare management, warehouse automation, and financial accounting applications.

Joe Sturonas was previously CTO of Premonition Software, a company focused on artificial intelligence software for decision making in complex environments. Prior to that, he was CTO of Spirian Technologies where he was responsible for technology strategy. He was also a founding member of OneNetPlus.com, an Internet-centric Management Service Provider. Mr. Sturonas holds a MS degree in Computer Science from DePaul University.

Bob Winter has over 28 years of high-tech management experience with an excellent track record in business-to-business sales, strategic planning, marketing, and business development. Winter previously was founder of Robert-Louis Advisors, where he developed and implemented worldwide go-to-market plans for global technology vendors including VMware®, HP, and Sun Microsystems (now Oracle®). Winter was also Director of Development for IPED, the research and consulting division of Everything Channel and spent six years as Senior Director of Global Market Research and Planning for EMC Corporation. He has also held senior marketing and business development roles in IT publishing, and was co-founder of Emphasys Software, an I-Series IBM Business Partner. Winter began his career with Zenith Data Systems (now Groupe Bull) as Vice-President of Global Marketing, helping to grow the business from $10 million to $1 billion in annual revenue in eight years. Winter has a BS degree in Journalism from Marquette University.

In his role as Vice President of EMEA, David Wyatt will manage the sales, channel development and operations teams; serving as liaison with all US operations and overseeing the necessary personnel and office infrastructure to fulfill the company’s regional revenue goals. Wyatt’s background spans two decades within the IT software industry where he has continuously delivered strategic change to optimize revenue and profitability. Wyatt’s experience includes senior sales and management positions for IBM and Oracle as well as startups and second wave technology growth/turnaround organizations. In his most recent role prior to joining PKWARE, he specialized in Capital Markets for Oracle. Prior to that, he achieved substantial growth as EMEA Sales Director for EasyLink Services, a prominent SaaS company. Wyatt contributed to double digit growth within IBM’s capital markets software business, following the acquisition of FileNet. Wyatt holds a BSc Honours degree in Business Information Systems from Leeds University, West Yorkshire, England and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of West London, England.

Susan Zaney, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Management, leads the channel partner marketing programs, corporate communications, and product initiatives at PKWARE. She held the top marketing role at Monster.com and FairMarket, Inc., where both companies grew into successful entities through strong product and marketing programs. Susan has spearheaded worldwide product marketing strategies, product management, advertising, direct mail, collateral, and public relations in several high technology companies.
