Job Title: Executive Assistant

Position Summary
Executive Assistant - Performs secretarial and administrative duties for an officer of the company (e.g., CEO and CFO). Manages the officer’s schedule, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, etc. Requires some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment with frequent access to confidential and highly complex information. Understands corporate policy and is often called upon to interpret and communicate the officers intent to other managers. Reports to the appropriate officer. Requires a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
