PKWARE Expands Senior Leadership Team with Appointment of Kathy Myhand as Vice President of People

Seasoned HR professional with successful track record of building and managing human resources teams, joins rapidly growing company to bring highest level of service to employees

MILWAUKEE – September 28, 2021 – PKWARE, a global leader in automated data security, today announced it has named Kathy Myhand as vice president of people. Myhand, a senior human resources executive, will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle to improve PKWARE’s performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement.

With more than 25 years of diverse industry experience, Myhand has built human resources departments from the ground up as well as managed large, global HR teams. In her most recent role as vice president of human resources at ControlScan, a managed security services company, she was primarily responsible for all recruiting, hiring and on-boarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations and development, performance management and recognition and rewards programs. Previously, she was the head of human resources at Convergent Resources Holdings, where she was responsible for 3,700 employees across five companies in 15 locations with $180 million in accounts receivable. Prior, she held human resources roles with VSoft Corporation, RSM US LLP, McMaster-Carr, and Telemate.Net Software, Inc.
