Spencer is the Chief Executive Officer of PKWARE, an award-winning provider of automated data security solutions. He brings with him 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry.

Prior to PKWARE, he was President & CEO of Global Software, Inc. (now named insightsoftware), a former TSCP portfolio company and the global leader in corporate performance management (CPM) reporting solutions. He led Global Software through two successful nine-figure transactions to market-leading private equity firms, Thompson Street Capital Partners and TA Associates.

In addition to being CEO, Spencer serves on the Board of Directors of Palisade Company, the world leader in Risk and Decision Analysis Solutions a Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) portfolio company. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire where he was a member of the men’s basketball team and an MBA-Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.

As Chief Operating Officer, Steve oversees global operations for PKWARE and is responsible for the company’s financial functions including accounting, corporate finance, and treasury.

Prior to PKWARE, Steve spent four and a half years leading the accounting/finance and HR functions as Chief Financial Officer for ControlScan, another of Thompson Street Capital Partners’ portfolio companies. ControlScan provides a comprehensive suite of PCI DSS managed security and compliance services to acquiring banks and direct customers and was successfully sold in a complex transaction in December 2020.

Before his time at ControlScan, Steve was the Chief Financial Officer for Vaddio, leading the accounting/finance, HR, and IT organizations of this premier global manufacturer of video conference equipment. Vaddio was also owned by Thompson Street Capital Partners and was successfully sold in March 2016.

Steve is a veteran of the U.S. Army, a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling the world.

Tonya is a software sales veteran with over 20 years of experience in building and leading global sales organizations.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of PKWARE, Tonya  oversees all commercial channels for the company, including global sales, customer success, sales enablement, and business development.  Prior to PKWARE,  Tonya  led and executed worldwide sales team growth objectives through direct and indirect sales channels for insightsoftware (formerly Global Software, Inc.). She also led the company to unprecedented growth by establishing end-to-end sales execution, launching and managing joint development initiatives between technology companies, and establishing ecosystem partnerships. In addition, she helped lead the organization through two private equity acquisitions with Thompson Street Capital Partners and TA Associates.

Before her time at insightsoftware, Tonya  was President of DB Basics, Inc., an Oracle and Microsoft technology training and consulting organization. While there, she led the company through an acquisition by a publicly-traded corporation and managed the integration post-acquisition.

In her free time,  Tonya  looks forward to outdoor activities with the family:  boating, fishing, snow skiing, and the occasional round of golf.

Tonya has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.

Jason Dobbs, Chief Technology Officer for PKWARE, boasts more than 20 years experience in software and product development. He is responsible for driving the product roadmap execution, overseeing software development, and leading lifecycle management for PKWARE’s entire software catalog. Prior to joining PKWARE, Dobbs held multiple leadership roles with SafeNet, most recently as a Managing Partner focused on corporate strategy and revenue generation.

Dobbs has been a vital part of several development teams, from launching software with startup Vesuvius Technologies to consulting on interactive technologies with Centare Group. His wide range of expertise and experience includes technology, IT, sales leadership, and management.

When he is not working on software development, Dobbs enjoys coaching youth robotics teams in his community and is an avid curler. He holds a BB in Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin.

Subra Ramesh has 25 years of experience in enterprise software product development, architecture, and product management, particularly in the areas of distributed systems and security products. He is passionate about data security, privacy, and data governance in general.

Subra has held senior technical leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard, Informatica, and Avaya, prior to joining Dataguise, which was later acquired by PKWARE. At PKWARE, he is been responsible for the product features and direction and has led the products through the big data and cloud revolutions. Subra is an inventor in four approved US patents and several other pending patents in the field of data security.  He has also authored numerous blogs and presentations in this field.

He is a member of the invitation-only Forbes Technology Council and holds the Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Subra holds membership in the IAPP Advisory Board for the development of the CIPT examination and is also an Advisory Board member for the Cybersecurity for Executives program at California State University, Chico. In addition, Subra co-founded the Big Data Security and Data Governance Meetup in the San Francisco Bay Area. This meetup group grew to a membership of over 1,000 members during the period 2011-2017.

Subra holds a Masters of Science in Engineering Management from Stanford University and a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Texas Tech University.

Amy comes to PKWARE with a wide breadth of technology industry expertise. Prior to joining PKWARE, she headed up marketing for the CloudExtend brand at Celigo, a SaaS productivity application suite integrated with NetSuite. She also led marketing for a cybersecurity startup specializing in backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure management for Amazon Web Services users. Prior to this, she spent 10 years at Global Software, Inc. (now insightsoftware). Her tenure started in 2008 as Marketing Events Coordinator, where she managed 50+ events per year. Two years later, she was promoted to Manager, Corporate Marketing Strategies responsible for all aspects of the marketing program, including brand management, demand generation, and scaling the department. In 2016, Collier became Director, Marketing Communications & Strategy, presiding over the transformation of Global’s Spreadsheet Server brand and the subsequent acquisition of Atlas for Microsoft Dynamics. In 2018, she was appointed to VP, Worldwide Marketing. She led the marketing team through two successful exits to market-leading Private Equity firms, Thompson Street Capital Partners and TA Associates.

Prior to Global Software, Collier served as Unit Marketing Specialist and Marketing Communications Specialist for international enterprise food and beverage company, Sodexo, working at strategic accounts such as Capital One, USAA, and Dell. 

Amy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a minor in Advertising from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has also earned certifications from the American Marketing Association, Google AdWords/Analytics, Hootsuite, and HubSpot.

J.T. is a senior executive bringing over 30 years of experience in enterprise software sales, marketing, and operations. At PKWARE, J.T. is responsible for all Global Partnerships with technology companies, resellers, and consulting partners to deliver a go-to-market approach that combines PKWARE’s award-winning data protection and governance platform with best-in-class software and service solutions provided by partners to help customers successfully achieve their business goals—a win/win/win scenario for all.

J.T. started his career at NeXT Computer, the Steve Jobs company sold to Apple, and since then has been serving in corporate leadership positions in fast-paced public and private Silicon Valley technology companies. Most recently J.T. was the Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Alliances for Dataguise, and during his six-year tenure served as a senior member of the executive team responsible for overseeing all global marketing activities as well as forging and operationalizing complex worldwide alliances with Microsoft, Amazon AWS, Google, and IBM. J.T. also led the fundraising functions at Dataguise with responsibility for the primary banking relationship and managing the fundraising process—leveraging his network and experience managing the mergers and acquisitions teams in previous companies.

J.T. holds a degree in Economics from San Jose State University.

Matt Zomboracz is the VP of Finance of PKWARE, Inc. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting.  Prior to joining PKWARE, Matt was the Corporate Controller at ARI Network Services, Inc.  (now operating as LeadVenture) a leading provider of end-to-end digital solutions for dealers and OEMs of complex equipment.  Matt was heavily involved in the leveraged buy-out of ARI and the transition from a NASDAQ listed company to a private equity portfolio company.

Prior to ARI, Matt worked a Quad Graphics (NYSE: QUAD) as an international and technical controller and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the audit practice before leaving as a senior manager.

Matt is a licensed CPA with an MBA and BBE in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

Arif Khan is VP of Solution Engineering and leads PKWARE Solution/Sales Engineering teams globally. As a technology and business executive, Arif has global experience in information technology, cloud computing, big data, and solution selling. As part of Dataguise, which was later acquired by PKWARE, Arif served as Director of Sales Engineering and Professional Services, where he led the technical sales engineering and post-sales delivery teams globally.

Prior to joining Dataguise, Arif worked in the Cloud and big data for IBM, and served as a solutions architect and enterprise architect for Sun Microsystems, leading the sales engineering and professional services teams. He also has extensive experience as both an IT manager and a software engineer, which formed the foundation for his future career successes.

Arif holds a Masters of Science in Computer Science from California State University – Sacramento.

Anthony Sallustro serves as VP, Global Customer Development. The focus of the Customer Development team is to proactively drive value and awareness for all our customers. This is accomplished by working closely with many other departments across PKWARE’s organization such as Sales, Marketing, Partners, Customer Success, and/or Support, ensuring we are maximizing existing relationships and driving customer lifetime growth.

With 20 years of experience, Anthony’s exciting career started as a member of the Vodafone sales team, where he developed a keen interest and focus on helping consumers and businesses solve their wireless telecommunication needs. This attention to customer service became part of Anthony’s core sales approach which quickly led him to numerous results-oriented leadership positions within Verizon Wireless, Quest Software, Dell, and Dataguise.

Prior to joining PKWARE, Anthony spent close to 4 years as a top-producing Regional Sales Director at Dataguise – a leader in the data security and privacy software space. Before that, Anthony worked at Quest Software and Dell for over a decade, where he was responsible for managing various high producing software sales teams, including a large unit dedicated to expanding the Latin American market and establishing key offices in Buenos Aires, Porto Alegre, Sao Paulo, Panama City, and Mexico City.

Anthony has a CIPT certification, holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Marketing & Communication, and when not working, can be found enjoying the outdoors with his family including cycling, walking, camping, skiing, and traveling.

As Vice President of IT and MIS, Jason is responsible for the strategic leadership, implementation, and administration of information security, organizational information systems, software application systems, IT support, and infrastructure.

Jason joined PKWARE in 2000 as International Channel Services Manager where he was responsible for 14 global and EMEA channel sales partners, order processing, product fulfillment, global annual recurring revenue, and general partner support. In this role, Jason expatriated to the United Kingdom to more effectively support PKWARE’s European channel and open PKWARE’s EMEA office. While in England, Jason became an internal system and business process subject matter expert which enabled him to take a role as Project Manager in 2006 upon his repatriation. In this role, Jason joined an internal team tasked with replacing PKWARE’s proprietary CRM. This successful project was a critical turning point in Jason’s career. Embracing technology, internal software development, and business analysis, Jason took the lead of PKWARE’s first formalized internal development team in 2009 as MIS Manager. The success of the MIS Team was in the modernization and integration of all of PKWARE’s internal systems; finance and accounting, customer relationship management, quoting and order processing, product fulfillment, e-commerce, and marketing automation tools. In 2013, Jason took on another major career transition assuming all of Information Technology as the Director of IT & MIS and embracing the infinite game of information security.

Jason is a partner in The Crafter Space founded as Milwaukee’s brewery incubator. He and his partners run an accelerator called Barley to Barrel, helping aspiring brewmasters learn the skills they need and gain the necessary business experience to get their brewery started successfully. Jason lives in downtown Milwaukee with his wife Danielle and four-pound Yorkie.

Prior to PKWARE, Jason contributed to NCR’s preparation for the Y2K phenomenon. Jason is originally from Dayton, Ohio, and studied Economics at Wright State University.

Ghanaya is the Country Head of Dataguise India and is responsible for handling overall operations in India. He comes with a rare combination of technical knowledge and people skills and is associated with the company since 2008. He brings with him around 20 years of Technical and Operations experience with a specialty in handling the Onshore-Offshore business model.

He is a pioneer in core technologies of detection and masking and is managing cross-functional teams using interactive and motivational leadership that spurs people to willingly give 100% effort and loyalty. He has been responsible for building the 150 plus strong India team, almost from scratch, and continues to provide guidance to the team to be an engine for strong growth.

Before being named as Country Head, Ghanaya was Director of Engineering and Operations. Being a Database expert he was responsible for the development of Database Masker and Discover for the protection of sensitive data. Format Preserving Encryption (FPE) algorithm which is his brainchild, acts as a backbone for the Consistent Data Protection across various data sources. He was instrumental in designing the Privacy product which helps to govern personal data around various data privacy laws like GDPR.

Prior to Dataguise, he was managing overall operations of a Singapore-based software product company as Executive Director of its India subsidiary. He managed complex Logistics and Banking products that were being used by the market leaders.

Ghanaya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from Punjab Technical University and Diploma in Computer Engineering from Thapar Polytechnic College.

Chris Pin serves as PKWARE’s VP, Security and Privacy. In this role, Chris drives value and awareness for all PKWARE customers regarding the various challenges that both privacy and security regulations bring to the data-driven world. He works closely with all customers and potential customers to help them better understand how PKWARE solutions best fit into their environments and processes. He also works very closely with many other departments such as Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Product to help build brand awareness and product insights.  

With over 15 years of experience, Chris’s career began at the Pentagon where he supported the Army Headquarters as a Systems Engineer. Following his tenure at the Pentagon, he transitioned into global architecture and engineering for SOCOM, focusing on global networks and security. This is where he developed a deep understanding of what it takes to operate global networks at scale while ensuring the best security and privacy without jeopardizing the end-user experience. 

Prior to joining PKWARE as part of the Dataguise acquisition, Chris spent four years at Costco leading the data center migration of the e-commerce domain before transitioning into Privacy and Compliance where he was a PCI-ISA and assisted through yearly PCI assessments. Most notably, Chris also led Costco’s GDPR and CCPA efforts on a global scale, working with teams across the company, Infosec, development, policy, legal, employee education, change review, marketing, HR, buyers, and more. 

Chris has a CIPM certification and studied Aviation Management at Dowling College. When not working, he enjoys spending time with family, flying drones, kayaking, and adventuring the Pacific Northwest. 

Sandy Landrigan, Vice President of Integration and Customer Solutions, oversees the Technical Project Management, Professional Services, and Technical Support teams at PKWARE. She has more than 25 years’ experience building customer success and operational teams both domestic and internationally. Prior to joining PKWARE, Sandy was responsible for domestic and global services across multiple verticals, including airlines, accounting firms, and payment solutions software. Sandy has led world-class teams in customer success and operational excellence.

Outside of the office, Sandy enjoys outdoor activities such as riding side-by-sides, competitive equestrian, and spending time at the lake with family and friends. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia State University.

Formerly of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Jesse joined TSCP in 2014. He is also on the board of directors of BCM One, Custom Wheel House LLC, Infinity Behavioral Health Services, ISTO Biologics, Vetio Animal Health, ZymeFlow, and Decon Technology within the TSCP portfolio of businesses.

Jesse earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MSA from Saint Louis University. Jesse is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves as a Mentor for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri.

Bob has been with TSCP since 2005 and is also on the board of directors of ControlScan, Inc., Green Mountain Technology, LLC, Gurobi Optimization, LLC, Revenue Management Solutions, T-Base Communications, The Payment Group, and others, all within TSCP’s portfolio of tech-enabled businesses. Prior to TSCP, he was with TA Associates.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard University. He also serves on the St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Development Board & Forsyth School, Finance Committee.

Formerly of Lindsay Goldberg, New York, and Greenhill & Co. New York, Brandon has been with TSCP since 2016. He is also on the board of directors of Alpaca Audiology/Belsono Management Group within the TSCP portfolio of businesses.

Brandon served as a U.S. Department of State Fulbright Scholar with a Bachelor of Science in Management from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Brandon was also an Eagle Scout.

Ron’s reputation as a visionary in the enterprise software industry dates back 45 years when he founded Global Software, Inc. in the early 1970s. Over the course of his wildly successful career in technology-enabled platforms, Ron has been viewed by his peers as a true pioneer in the field. With vast knowledge and expertise in operating software companies in both SaaS and on-premise environments, he has incubated and scaled multiple software ventures.
